Route analysis:

The phones are exported by air to Kenya, a country in East Africa. The range of routes to Africa is relatively small, the common airlines are: SA South African Airways /ET Ethiopian Airlines /EK Emirates Airlines /BA British Airways /MK Air Mauritius /AF Air France /KQ Kenya Airways /EY Emirates Crystal Airlines /TK Turkish Airlines and so on.

Ageing:

Mobile phones are exported to Kenya by air, usually 5-6 days after the flight, and different air services and timeliness will vary.

Matters needing attention:

1. Mobile phones are exported to Africa by air, the whole cargo plane is relatively few, the goods below 250KG, the storage space is basically OK. More than 250KG, especially 500KG and 1000KG of goods need to be booked in advance, after the transit space is relatively tight, generally need to be discharged.

2.Mobile phone air exports need to be carton packaging goods, such as the length and width of high 150*80*80CM, according to the choice of aviation, need to confirm the booking in advance, confirm whether the later transhipment is OK.

3. The mobile phone is a battery product. The English version of MSDS and the original safety letter should be provided when shipping, as well as the telecommunications license for re-export. The telecommunications license can be handled by FLY.

Preparation → Booking space → Picking up the goods at the designated place → Export declaration (express declaration, general trade declaration i.e. tax refund declaration,ATA declaration, etc.) → Customs clearance → Scheduled flight → Notice of arrival of the goods → Recipient goes to the airline to take the original bill of lading and customs clearance documents for customs clearance → Customs clearance
